Misión

Description:Reporting to the Engineering and Tendering Department Director, the Lead Engineer will serve as a technical point of reference and will be responsible for the Project’s Bidding and Engineering processes for the company EPC in the Renewables discipline (Solar PV, BESS, Wind and Minigrids).

Duties:

• In Bidding phase:

• Lead, Coordinate and Reponsabilize for the development of the technical solution with best LCOE for Solar PV, Solar PV + BESS, Mini/Metro-Grids and Onshore Wind projects.

• Cost and Supplier Analysis.

• Contractual and risk mitigation analysis.

• Generation and Coordination of Documentation associated with Bid processes.

• Generation of Budgets and Economic Models for EPC and PPI processes.

• Being technical reference of the Bid in front of the client and other stakeholders.

• In Project Phase:

• Lead and be responsible for the Evaluation and Technical Recommendation of Main Equipment.

• Lead, Coordinate and be responsible for the development of Detailed Engineering and Construction of the Project within the contractual and budgetary framework.

• To be the technical reference for the project in front of the client and other stakeholders.

Perfil

Indispensable Minimum Requirements:

• Languages: English and/or French fluent. Preferably fluent in French with minimum English B1.

• Experience, at least 5 years, in Design/Engineering of Utility Scale Ground Mounted Solar PV projects of more than 50MWp (with single axis tracker). Experience in Solar Yield calculation, LV and MV cabling, grounding, LV and MV protection system, lightning protection, communications and SCADA, framed in Solar PV projects). Experience in BESS projects is a plus. Experience in Onshore Wind is a plus. Experience in Minigrids is a plus. Experience in International Projects is a plus.

• Expert handling of PVsyst. PVcase and HOMER Pro handling is a Plus.
