About the Role

The XPANSE team is looking for a trailblazing Graphic Designer to bring the future to life through visionary design. As part of the world’s most influential exponential tech forum, you’ll create stunning visuals and experiences that resonate with the world’s brightest minds.

Your work will define XPANSE’s identity, from our digital presence to dynamic physical experience, translating the bold XPANSE spirit into user-oriented design. Collaborating with our creative and communication teams, you’ll help shape a design language that inspires global leaders in industry, academia, investment and government.

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Maintain and develop XPANSE’s brand identity and core style.
  • Design graphic and promotional materials (including social media content; banners, layouts and design assets for email newsletters)
  • Develop web design assets, including banners and layouts for the company website, collaborating closely with developers.
  • Conceptualize and implement design ideas for various projects.

What would you need?

  • A strong portfolio showcasing promo graphics, newsletter design and web design experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • Familiarity with XPANSE brand identity.
  • A deep understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork.

Bonus: Experience with Webflow, Mailchimp / 3D design tools / video content creation / AI tools (Midjourney, Runway ML)

The hiring process will consist of three stages:

  • First Interview (30-45 minutes)
  • Test Assignment (1 hour)
  • Final Interview (30 minutes)
