As part of Minor Hotels, the region of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is responsible for more than 350 properties in 30 countries and plans to grow across all segments, with a focus on its upper-upscale and luxury brands.
JOB SUMMARY
As a B2B digital sales intern, you will join the digital team based in the corporate office in Madrid. The candidate will be responsible for managing tools and projects that are included in web releases. You will also have the chance to find improvement points that you will be able to realize from start to finish. From finding the problem/need, analyzing the possible solutions and designs, managing developments and the implementation in production.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Understand users’ needs and how they interact with our tools and website, nhpro.com.
- Manage prioritization of requirements and transform them into product specifications.
- Work with the product owners and designers to finalize product specification into mock-ups.
- Coordinate implementation details and timeline.
- Conduct quality tests
- Work cross-functionally with development, design, content, marketing teams in an international environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University studies on International Bachelor in Business Administration, Tourism, Trade, Project Management, or Marketing
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office,TMS, etc)
PREFERRED SKILLS
Managing tools and web developments, working with Agile methodologies, having organizational skills is highly appreciated.
Fluency in English is highly valuable
Has good Excel, Word and Power Point skills
