As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist based in Barcelona to join our ambitious Growth Team.
The opportunity
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across our key markets. Your mission will be to design and implement strategic growth initiatives that position ProtoPixel as a market leader in lighting technology and design.
This role requires you to:
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to expand our brand presence and generate demand within the architecture, lighting design, and interior design industries.
- Leverage digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and performance marketing) to increase visibility and attract high-value leads.
- Work alongside the brand team to define campaigns content.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Build and nurturing relationships with industry influencers, media, and key stakeholders to amplify our brand’s impact.
- Represent ProtoPixel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to drive engagement and partnerships.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing within a B2B environment, ideally in the design, architecture, or lighting industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, including paid media, analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, capable of designing and executing impactful growth initiatives.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
- A passion for design, technology, and innovation.
