Project Overview:
We are seeking a Senior C#/.NET Developer for our client in the supply chain industry.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative tools and services that facilitate growth and confidence within the sector. The successful candidate will have experience in product development from scratch and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain high-quality backend systems using C# and .NET (5+).
- Lead or contribute to the migration from monolithic architecture to modern microservices.
- Design and implement clean, well-structured RESTful APIs.
- Utilize Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and SOLID principles to create maintainable, scalable systems.
- Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure performance and reliability.
- Collaborate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and product planning.
- Support cloud migration efforts (AWS or Azure) to modernize infrastructure.
- Work with legacy code and assist in refactoring toward cleaner, modern modules.
- Occasionally contribute to the front-end (Angular or Svelte) for full-stack features.
- Operate in a remote-first team that values clear communication and shared ownership
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in C#/.NET development.
- Proven experience in product creation from scratch and knowledge of the development lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience building and maintaining REST APIs.
- Deep knowledge of design patterns, DDD, and SOLID principles.
- Familiarity with legacy codebases and incremental modernization.
- Proficiency in automated testing, including unit and integration testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS or Azure).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-awareness, and a proactive mindset.
- Front-end development experience (Angular or Svelte) is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in scale-ups or transitioning companies.
- Prior involvement in a cloud migration project.
- Familiarity with global collaboration across international teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 75,000.00€ – 80,000.00€ per year
