Job Description
We’re on a mission to transform aviation customer service by building a cutting-edge claim management platform for a global industry leader. As a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, customizing, and optimizing Dynamics solutions: ensuring seamless, high-performance workflows that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop scalable plugins, automate processes with Power Automate flows, and implement tailored system customizations—all while collaborating with an Agile, innovation-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Develop Dynamics Solutions: Build and customize plugins, workflows, and business logic to enhance claim management processes.
- Automate for Efficiency: Leverage Power Automate (Flows) to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
- Optimize System Performance: Ensure Dynamics configurations are scalable, secure, and high-performing under enterprise-level demands.
- Collaborate in Agile Sprints: Work closely with cross-functional teams (BAs, QA, UX) to deliver iterative, high-impact features.
- Debug & Troubleshoot: Resolve complex technical issues and refine existing implementations for stability and speed.
Key skills: MSD experience (plugins, flows, customization), C#, javascript/typescript.
English: C1 or above (High level).
