Right now, we are looking for an AEM Solution Architect to join our team! This position plays a key role in designing and implementing innovative and scalable architectures that meet our clients’ needs and enhance AEM utilization.
You will get the chance to:

Design scalable and efficient architectures on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), considering performance, security, integration, and maintainability.

Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions that maximize AEM’s value.

Lead the implementation of AEM solutions from design to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Manage AEM integration with other systems and platforms such as CRMs, ERPs, analytics, and marketing tools, and other backend systems.

Supervise and guide the development team, providing technical direction and ensuring adherence to best practices in AEM.

Collaborate with other architects and technical teams (frontend, backend, DevOps) to ensure cohesion and seamless integration of all solutions.

Perform technical audits and impact analyses, recommending improvements and optimizations to maximize AEM performance.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and features of Adobe Experience Manager and related technologies to ensure the company delivers innovative solutions.

Facilitate strategic decision-making regarding architectural and technological choices, considering AEM evolution and business needs.
What will help you succeed:

Advanced Vocational Training or a Degree in Computer Science.
-
Over 5 years of experience in web projects.
-
More than 3 years of experience working with AEM (Adobe Cloud preferred).

Strong knowledge of web technologies: Java, HTL, Sling, OSGi, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
-
Expertise in AEM’s tech stack (CDN, OSGi, JCR, etc.).

At least 2 years of experience leading technical projects.

Experience integrating AEM with other systems (RESTful APIs, CRMs, ERPs, analytics, and marketing systems, etc.).

Ability to define and document technical architectures and manage the transition from design to development phases.

Experience in Dispatcher configuration and implementation.

Familiarity with Adobe’s best practices.

Experience with continuous deployment tools.

Experience configuring AEM workflows.

Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving AEM platform issues.

Proficiency in Cloud Manager (Admin Console, Developer Console, Pipelines, etc.).

AEM Solution Architect certification.

Advanced proficiency in English
