Ubication: Donostia – San Sebastián, Spain
Your Responsibilities:
– You are excited by the challenge of developing embedded software with the highest demands on safety and security in C/C++ on multiprocessor systems.
– At the same time, you value modern software development.
– You will specify, implement, and test software for safety components for industrial automation, with a particular focus on EtherCAT.
– You are responsible for integrating communication stacks from the field of Industrial Ethernet/Functional Safety, specifically emphasizing EtherCAT.
Your Qualifications:
– You have a university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable qualification.
– Additionally, you have several years of professional experience in software development for embedded systems in C/C++.
– Throughout your career, you have developed software for networking in automation technology and acquired in-depth knowledge of protocols, especially EtherCAT.
– Ideally, you have already developed processes according to the requirements of IEC 61508 or ISO 26262.
– You possess team spirit and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
