The Role
- You’ll collaborate within a team that wholeheartedly embraces the principles of Lean and Extreme Programming, consisting of engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Your day-to-day will involve frequent pair/mob programming sessions with your colleagues, fostering a culture of collective problem-solving and knowledge exchange.
- Ensuring quality will be a priority, achieved through practices such as Test Driven Development (TDD), working in small increments, trying things out and iterating rapidly, narrowing the feedback loop as much as possible.
- While you won’t need to be an expert in every technology, you’ll contribute both to the creation of high-level features and the development of platform code. We want an environment without skill or stack-based silos.
- Data-driven decision-making is at the core of our process, and your role will involve using data insights to guide our path forward.
- You’ll have complete ownership of your work, from ideation through completion.

Requirements:
What we are expecting from you
- Coding in React.
- Write automated tests.
- Manage the current code deployment pipelines.
- Managing and deploying on cloud (both IAAS and PAAS offerings of AWS/Google Cloud).
- Writing and maintaining Microservices (you know their advantages and caveats).
- Working with databases (both SQL and NoSQL, their pros and cons).
- Managing code via git.
- Working with message and key-value stores (e.g. Redis).
- Passion for building great products.
- Experience with kubernetes is a plus.
- Lead and/or assist in executing any needed testing (units, functional, visual,etc).
- High Communication level in English
- Experience working with multiple teams
