The role
We’re looking for a junior full stack developer to join our growing team. You’ll be working across the full stack – from crafting clean front-end interfaces to building solid back-end logic and keeping things running smoothly in the cloud. You’ll be part of a small, hands-on team where your work has real impact from day one.
What you’ll be doing

Building and maintaining features across the front and back end

Working with our PHP/Laravel codebase and SQL databases

Contributing to cloud infrastructure on AWS (ECS, RDS)

Collaborating with the team via Git on a daily basis

Communicating with colleagues and clients in both English and Spanish
What we’re looking for

Strong English skills – written and spoken, this is a must

Strong Spanish skills – you’ll be using both regularly

Solid grasp of front-end fundamentals: JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS

Hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel

Comfortable working with SQL databases

Familiarity with AWS, particularly ECS and RDS

Good Git habits and an understanding of collaborative workflows

A genuine interest in writing clean, maintainable code
Nice to have

Experience with real estate tech or PropTech

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

Any experience with React or Vue
