At Mindsight Ventures, we’re building next-generation AI-powered platforms that connect data, people, and intelligent systems in fields like health, finance, and automation.
We partner with startups, enterprises and venture builders to design intelligent systems — from AI agents and data platforms to full-stack products — helping companies move faster from idea to execution.
Our team works across multiple domains — product design, software development, AI research, and cloud infrastructure — always guided by the same principles: clarity, efficiency, and real-world impact.
We’re based in Barcelona, with a hybrid work model and an international team of engineers, designers, and entrepreneurs.
About the role
We’re looking for a junior UX/UI designer with front-end development skills to join our growing team in Barcelona. You’ll work on the design and implementation of intuitive interfaces for our AI-based web platforms and tools, collaborating with product, AI, and development teams to turn ideas into fast, elegant, and functional prototypes.
Your responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and implement user interfaces for web apps (React, Next.js, or similar)
- Work closely with the product and AI teams to bring UX concepts to life
- Create rapid prototypes using tools like Figma, Lovable, or v0.dev
- Apply best practices in responsive design and accessibility
- Audit and improve the usability of existing products (including our website and platforms)
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in UX/UI design and front-end development
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript, React, or Next.js
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Understanding of design systems, wireframing, and user testing
- Strong communication and problem-solving mindset
- A portfolio or examples of your work demonstrating your learning and growth
