How you will shape Prophero:
- Building high-quality applications: Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to define and implement new features.
- Improving performance: Ensure applications are optimized for responsiveness, speed, and reliability.
- Advocating for best practices: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while driving adherence to best practices in UI/UX and frontend development.
- Contributing to innovation: Suggest new tools, frameworks, and ideas to continuously improve our products and processes.
What you will bring to our team:
- Experience: At least 7 years of backend development experience, with expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and Serverless architectures.
- Proficient in applying SOLID principles, Clean Code techniques, CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and automated testing.
- Education: Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
- General Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and adaptability in a dynamic startup environment.
- Tools: Proficiency with Git, API standards, and security best practices.
- Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
