Location: Barcelona Office
Carts Guru is looking for a talented Product Manager
Carts Guru is the all-in-one marketing automation software designed specifically for e-commerce stores. With Carts Guru, e-merchants can combine the power of email. SMS and Facebook Messenger into cohesive campaigns, maximizing ROI and driving revenue for e-merchants.

Your main tasks would be as follows:

Gather, understand, and analyze customer needs and internal requirements.

Conduct market discovery: analyze competitors, user behavior, and partner expectations.

Define and maintain a clear roadmap in JIRA, aligned with business priorities and product vision.

Run discovery sessions and user interviews to uncover insights and validate solutions.

Track product usage and feedback using Hubspot and Fullstory, and iterate based on findings.

Manage the product backlog, write user stories, and run bi-weekly sprints with your team.

Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and reviews.

Collaborate with external designers to create wireframes and final UI (weekly syncs).

Ensure high-quality releases with structured QA testing and post-launch feedback collection.

Coordinate go-to-market efforts: newsletters, beamer posts, product demos, and training.

Document new features in both internal and customer-facing knowledge bases.

Align stakeholders across teams: Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering.

Manage third-party integrations and contracts (Twilio, Vonage, CMS, Unlayer, etc.).
Who you are
-
3+ years of experience in product management in SaaS or tech environments.

Hands-on experience managing agile teams and working in JIRA.

Strong customer discovery skills and a knack for translating insights into product value.

Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Fullstory and Hubspot.

Comfortable working with UX/UI designers and iterating on design decisions.

Excellent communicator who can align stakeholders and drive consensus.

Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented — you take ownership from day one.

Bonus: experience with e-commerces and the martech sector
