Your responsibilities
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with at least 5 years of professional experience to help us design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
You will be responsible for end-to-end development and configuration of the platform. You will collaborate with clients, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions, while also contributing to best practices and platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and develop applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement and customize modules including ITSM, CSM, and CMDB.
- Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, and integrations with external systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing ServiceNow applications.
- Ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.
What makes you the perfect candidate
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, CMDB, or others).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow development tools.
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure, etc.).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, or similar) are a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
