Full-Time Technical Lead (CTO Track) – Fullstack (.NET, Angular, Azure)

We are hiring a Technical Lead for one of our Swiss health tech clients. This company is transforming how fitness and wellness professionals visualize and measure physical change using advanced 3D scanning and analytics. The product is stable, widely used, and ready for its next leap forward — and you’ll be the technical owner leading that journey.
This is a unique opportunity for a senior engineer who thrives on autonomy, loves clean architecture, and wants to help shape the product, not just the code. You’ll start hands-on, take ownership of the stack, and progressively build an internal team — with the option to partner with Apeirum on operations.

Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a mature SaaS platform using C# (.NET), Angular, and Azure
- Modernize architecture and implement technical best practices
- Collaborate closely with leadership on product direction and roadmap
- Lead the internalization of tech (transitioning from external partners)
- Build and lead a small tech team — starting with operations
- Identify AI opportunities (Dev workflows, product features, etc.)
Tech Stack Overview
- Frontend: Angular
- Backend: C#, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework
- Cloud: Azure (Functions, VMs, App Services, Monitoring, Storage)
- Database: SQL
- Bonus: Python & C++ (used in 3D pipeline; nice to have but not required)
Requirements
You’ll Thrive Here If You Are
- A senior full-stack developer with strong C#, .NET (Core), Angular, and Azure skills
- Having a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Confident making architectural decisions and leading development end to end
- Experienced in microservices, clean architecture, and agile workflows
- Comfortable working solo at first, but with a clear path to build a team
- Product-minded — you care about the why, not just the what
- Excited by the freedom to experiment, prototype, and improve fast
- Curious about 3D tech and AI (you don’t need to be an expert — just open)
