Full-Time UI/UX Designer (WordPress Designer)

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong WordPress skills, focused on delivering clean, mobile-first, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing intuitive interfaces, creating wireframes and prototypes in tools like Figma or Adobe XD, and a solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and the WordPress block editor.
The Job:
- Analyze and redesign existing website pages with a focus on usability, content hierarchy, and design consistency.
- Design wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and polished layouts using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Build responsive, mobile-first pages and components in WordPress and WooCommerce, using tools such as Elementor or UX Builder, including plugin integration.
- Apply best practices in accessibility, performance optimization, and SEO throughout the design and implementation process.
- Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, design systems, and WordPress development standards.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless translation of designs into functional products.
- Communicate effectively and reliably within a remote, fast-paced team environment.
The Individual:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX and WordPress design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent UX/UI design tools.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both UX/UI design and real-world WordPress implementations.
- Solid knowledge of accessibility standards, SEO fundamentals, and web performance optimization.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in English (spoken and written) with confidence and clarity.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Nice to have: Experience designing and implementing WordPress and WooCommerce storefronts, with a solid understanding of the block editor and how to design effectively for it.
